Candles viewed from above during production phase

What's NOT in Westward Candles

I believe candles should enhance your space, not overpower it.  I also think it goes without saying that candles should be safe to burn in your home, but surprisingly that is not always the case.  When I began exploring the world of candle making I was shocked to learn just how much junk is in so many candles on the market.  I do careful research into each ingredient that goes into a Westward candle so you can feel confident enjoying Westward products in your home and around those you love.

Here is a list of ingredients you won't have to worry about.  It is my promise that Westward products will NEVER contain any of the following:

✖ Carcinogens: These are materials known or thought to cause cancer.

Mutagens: Materials that change the DNA of a cell, harming the cell and causing diseases like cancer.

✖ Reproductive Toxins: Toxins that adversely affect reproductive organs and increase the risk of birth defects.

Organ Toxins: These are toxins that can cause adverse effects or disease within specific bodily organs.

Acute Toxins: Toxins that can cause adverse effects from a single exposure.

Anyone can make a candle, but it takes research, care, and a lot of testing to make quality burning soy candles that are safe for everyone to enjoy.
